tour which incorporates a mini cruise on P&O's largest ship, The Pride of
Bilbao, from Portsmouth. We spend 2 nights on this floating resort with every
possible facility on board including an indoor swimming pool, our suggested
itinerary for this tour would read something like:
Tuesday 3rd - Depart local area
for evening sailing from Portsmouth. Wednesday 4th - At sea. Thursday 5th -
Early arrival in Bilbao - coastal drive via Santander to our hotel in Haro.
Friday 6th - Half day wine tour. Saturday 7th - Excursion to Burgos. Sunday
8th - Half day tour to local village. (All tours with local guide). Monday 9th
- Early departure for Bilbao.
Hotel Iturrimurri, Haro - this excellent hotel is located at the entrance to Haro. All bedrooms have mini-bar and are en-suite, the hotel has 2 restaurants, swimming pool and spacious gardens.
B&B Single room supplement £75.
